Our Staff

The dedicated team of professional teachers at Mountainside Children’s Center are educated and trained in Early Childhood Education. Education and professional development are top priorities for our teachers and the Management team encourages all teachers to be actively pursuing their bachelor or master’s degrees in addition to attending workshops, classes, and lectures on up-to-date information in the field. All teachers hold state licensure from the Department of Early Education and Care and are certified in First Aid and CPR.
Framingham Staff
Hayley Dyer
My name is Hayley Dyer. I am married with four kids. I have two boys and two girls. I have my Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Minor in Early Childhood. I have been working at Mountainside for 15 years. In my early years at Mountainside worked in the Infant, Toddler and Preschool program. I slowly increased my responsibility by becoming the Infant Supervisor and checking every programs curriculum. On top of supervising Infants, I became the Toddler Supervisor for a few years. Eventually, I became the Assistant Director. Now I am the Director of the Framingham center! I have enjoyed learning so much and I am excited to continue to learn more. I really love working with young children and I enjoy seeing them learn through play, art, sensory, singing and reading. I strive on supporting my staff and helping them with daily routines such as cleaning, helping the children and weekly curriculum. I am passionate about clearly communicating with the parents and getting to know each family individually. Also I want to help the families and their child grow and learn successfully through their time at Mountainside.
Miss Alicia
I am Miss Alicia, I grew up in the small town of Sherborn and graduated from Dover- Sherborn High School. After graduating I went to Dean College for my Associates Degree and Suffolk University where I obtained my Bachelors Degree. My summers were spent as a counselor and lead counselor at the Rivers Day Camp. Soon I realized early childhood education was what I truly enjoyed and where I wanted to be. I have many years of experience as a nanny and as an early education teacher. I have taught children from Infants to Pre-K. In 2017, I joined Mountainside and have been here ever since. I am currently working on my lead and director certification. Over the recent shutdown, I taught toddler and preschool zoom once a week for Mountainside. I love working with children it’s my passion. I’m married and have two boys that also attend Mountainside. My oldest is in Pre-K and youngest is in infants. Helping young children realize their full potential at every juncture is what makes my day at home and at Mountainside.
